Cosmopolitan University acts as a umbrella organization that coordinates all courses. We have affiliated offices
around the world where courses are offered and organized on several local premises.
If courses meet our standards they are offered by our managers and professors worldwide and off-line. This way
a student for example can attend a course off-line in India another one in Austria a third one in Miami, but all at
the very same Cosmopolitan University. It goes without saying that CU does issue all certificates of completion
as well as any earned degrees. This way the worldwide course network allows students to travel, to relocate
according to his personal situation, to be more independent, to study with less boundaries, in fact to study at

Courses on-line , web-based courses
The vast majority of courses we offer and will offer are web-based, ranging from little more than organized tours

The entry requirement for undergraduate courses is a High School diploma or an equivalent (like "Abitur",
"Matura" etc.).
The entry requirement for graduate courses is an A.S. degree. (SIC!)
