Publications and Research

•                     1984 -Designed and produced the American Freedom Pennant and submitted it for approval to then President Reagan.

•                     1984- Prepared written testimony for self as expert accounting witness for Nevada Bell in a regulatory filing before the Nevada Public Service Commission.

•                     1986- Directed the preparation of testimony for a filing before the Federal Communications Commission.

•                     1990 - Directed and participated in the preparation of entry material to compete in the US Senate Productivity Award for the State of Nevada.  Achieved First Runner-up Status.

•                     1992 - Directed compilation, negotiation,  and implementation of one of the US Telephone Industry’s first alternative regulatory models.

•                     1992 - Directed research and negotiations relating to the possible purchase of an independent telephone company in Las Vegas.

•                     1996 - Prepared written testimony that, in conjunction with the related testimony of others affiliates, resulted in the successful negotiation of a settlement

•                     1997 - Prepared a written plan for the operations of a language and cultural institute serving the commercial  needs of Nevada and Mexico.

•                     1999/2000 - Prepared a complete Strategic Plan for Morrison University, Nevada’s oldest private institution.

•                     2002/2003 – Wrote original chants to facilitate language acquisition by workplace ESL students.

•                     2004 – Currently developing a model for an academy in Reno to certify teachers to teach English as a foreign language in their respective home countries.

•                     2004 – Researching and documenting the feasibility of establishing a charter school for high school juniors and seniors, to be affiliated with a local private university specializing in software development.
